Terms of Service

By booking an appointment or receiving treatment with Medra Aesthetics Limited, you agree to the following terms.

Eligibility

• Clients must be aged 18 or over.

• Valid photo ID may be required.

• Full and accurate medical history must be disclosed prior to treatment.

Consultations & Consent

• A consultation is required before treatment.

• Written informed consent must be completed.

• We reserve the right to refuse treatment where clinically inappropriate.

Results & Medical Disclaimer

• All aesthetic treatments carry risks.

• Results vary between individuals.

• No outcome can be guaranteed.

• Aftercare instructions must be followed carefully.

Appointments & Cancellations

• A deposit may be required to secure bookings.

• 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit.

• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

Payments & Refunds

• Payment is due at the time of treatment.

• Deposits are non-refundable outside the cancellation window.

• Refunds are not provided once treatment has been administered.

Complications

If you experience unexpected side effects, you must contact us immediately using the emergency contact details provided.

Data Protection

We comply with UK GDPR. Your personal and medical information is kept confidential and secure. Clinical photographs are only used with written consent.

Behaviour Policy

We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive or inappropriate behaviour.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
