Terms of Use
Terms of Use for MedraPractice.com
Last updated: 28 February 2026
These Terms of Use and Terms of Service (together, Terms) apply to your use of the website operated as Medra Practice / Medra Aesthetics (the Website) and to bookings and services arranged through the Website and associated booking channels.
By accessing the Website, contacting us, or booking any appointment, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
The Website relates to MEDRA AESTHETICS LTD (company number 16539343) (we, us, our).
Registered office: Annwylfan Annwylfan, 44 Station Road, Llanmorlais, Swansea, Swansea, Wales, SA4 3TF.
The Website promotes and supports booking of aesthetic and beauty treatments.
2. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when changes were made. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
3. Eligibility and suitability
1) You must be at least 18 years old to book or receive injectable aesthetic treatments (and any other treatments where we reasonably require it).
2) Treatments are subject to consultation and clinical suitability. We may decline, postpone, or modify treatment if it is not appropriate or safe in our judgement.
3) You must provide accurate information about your medical history, medications, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, and any relevant health details.
4. Website use rules
You agree that you will not:
- misuse the Website (including attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, scraping, or interfering with operation)
- use the Website in any way that breaches applicable law
- submit false or misleading information.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Website if we believe these rules have been breached.
5. Information on the Website (no medical advice)
The Website content is for general information only and does not constitute medical advice. Outcomes vary by individual. Any decision to proceed with treatment should be made following a consultation.
6. Booking channels and third party platforms
Appointments may be booked through third party booking platforms linked from the Website (for example, Booksy).
When you book via a third party platform:
- your booking may be subject to that platform’s own terms, policies, and payment processing
- you should review their terms before confirming a booking.
Where these Terms conflict with a third party platform’s terms in relation to the platform service itself, the platform terms will apply to that part. These Terms still apply to the extent they govern our services and your interactions with us.
7. Services covered by these Terms
We provide aesthetic and beauty services, which may include injectables and other treatments. Specific services, appointment durations, and indicative prices may be displayed on our booking pages and may change over time.
8. Prices, payments, and offers
1) Prices are as shown at the point of booking or as confirmed to you in writing.
2) We may require a deposit to secure an appointment (particularly for longer or high demand slots). If a deposit is required, this will be communicated at booking.
3) Payments may be taken via a third party platform or directly by us, depending on how you book.
4) Promotional offers, packages, and bundles are subject to any stated conditions and availability.
9. Cancellations, rescheduling, late arrival, and no shows
Because appointment time is reserved for you, the following apply unless we state different terms at booking:
1) Cancellations and rescheduling: Please give as much notice as possible. We may charge a cancellation fee or retain a deposit if you cancel late.
2) Late arrival: If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your appointment or reschedule to avoid impacting other clients. Full charges may still apply.
3) No shows: If you do not attend an appointment without notice, we may charge the full appointment fee and may require prepayment for future bookings.
If you booked via a third party platform, their cancellation tools and rules may also apply.
10. Consumer rights and cancellation rights
If you are a consumer in the UK, you have legal rights in relation to services not carried out with reasonable care and skill, or not as described.
For appointment based services, statutory “cooling off” cancellation rights may be limited once a service has been fully performed, or where you have asked for the service to begin within any cancellation period. If you have questions about your rights for a specific booking, contact us before the appointment.
11. Consultations, consent, and treatment plans
1) We will discuss your goals, suitability, options, risks, and aftercare.
2) You may be asked to sign consent forms and confirm medical history.
3) We may take clinical notes and, where appropriate, photographs for record keeping (and only for marketing with your explicit consent).
4) Treatment plans may involve staged sessions and review appointments where clinically indicated.
12. Safety, aftercare, and results
1) You agree to follow aftercare instructions provided to you.
2) Results vary, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
3) If you experience unexpected symptoms or concerns after treatment, you should contact us promptly and seek urgent medical help if needed.
13. Intellectual property
All Website content (text, branding, images, logos, design, and layout) is owned by us or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for your personal, non commercial use only. You must not copy, reproduce, or use content without permission.
14. Links to other websites
The Website may link to third party sites (including booking and social platforms). We are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of third party websites.
15. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.
Subject to the above, we are not liable for:
- losses caused by events outside our reasonable control
- indirect or consequential losses
- loss of profit, business, or goodwill.
Where services are supplied to consumers, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
